Exchange Eligibility

Orders can be exchanged within 20 days from the date the receipt was issued.

Product Condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Offers & Sale Items

For promotional offers (including discounts, bundles, and Black Friday offers), returns are not available.
These orders are eligible for exchange only, within the standard exchange period and conditions.
Please make sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges for Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, the exchange will be processed free of charge within:

2–5 working days in Greater Cairo
2–7 working days in other cities

Exchanges for Correct Orders

If the exchange is for a reason other than an error on our part, a shipping fee will be applied.

Return Policy

Important: For orders placed during offers, discounts, or bundles, returns are not allowed — only exchanges are available.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

The courier will collect the order from you within 3 working days.

The refund amount (after deducting the return shipping fee) will be processed within 14 working days from the date the courier receives the order.
