سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
للطلبات التي يتم إجراؤها من 16 أكتوبر 2026: يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 20 يومًا تقويميًا من استلام القطعة، بما يشمل منتجات العروض والتخفيضات والباقات، وفقًا للشروط التالية. هذه مدة إضافية تقدمها BROEK ولا تنتقص من حقوقك القانونية.
حالة القطعة والتغليف
عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع لتغيير الرأي أو المقاس، يجب أن تعود القطعة:
- بحالتها الأصلية وقت الاستلام، دون استخدام أو غسيل أو تعديل.
- بالتاجات الأصلية المثبتة عليها، ومع تغليفها الأصلي وأي ملحقات مرفقة.
- خالية من البقع والروائح وآثار اللبس أو الغسيل أو التلف الناتج عن الاستخدام أو سوء الحفظ.
يمكن تجربة المقاس لفترة وجيزة دون ارتداء القطعة للاستخدام أو تغيير حالتها. فتح كيس الشحن الخارجي أو تجربة المقاس بهذه الطريقة لا يُعد وحده سببًا لرفض الطلب. نرجو الاحتفاظ بتغليف القطعة وإعادته معها.
تُفحص القطعة عند إعادتها. إذا تغيرت حالتها بسبب الاستخدام أو الغسيل أو التعديل، فقد يُرفض طلب تغيير الرأي مع توضيح السبب. لا تُستخدم هذه الشروط لإسقاط الحقوق القانونية المتعلقة بعيب التصنيع أو عدم المطابقة أو إرسال منتج غير صحيح.
عيب تصنيع أو منتج غير مطابق أو طلب غير صحيح
إذا كانت القطعة معيبة أو غير مطابقة، يظل لك الحق في طلب استبدالها أو إرجاعها واسترداد قيمتها خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام، دون تكلفة إضافية. تتم معالجة الطلب خلال أسبوع من إبلاغنا، وفقًا للقانون، ودون الإخلال بأي ضمان أو حق أفضل. تتحمل BROEK تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع عندما يكون السبب عيبًا أو خطأً من جانبنا. لا يقتصر هذا الحق على مدة الـ20 يومًا، ولا يُرفض لمجرد فتح التغليف.
تقديم الطلب
قدّم طلبك خلال المدة المحددة عبر بوابة الاستبدال والاسترجاع أدناه، أو تواصل معنا برقم الطلب أو ما يثبت الشراء. في حالة وجود عيب أو منتج غير صحيح، وضّح المشكلة؛ ويمكن إرفاق صور لتسهيل المراجعة. يُعتد بتاريخ تقديم الطلب، ولا يؤدي تأخر مندوب الشحن وحده إلى انتهاء أهليتك.
ننسق معك الاستلام، والمستهدف خلال 3 أيام عمل. يرجى تغليف القطعة بشكل يحميها أثناء النقل. يمكنك التواصل معنا إذا لم تجد الخيار المناسب في البوابة.
رسوم الشحن ورد المبلغ
في طلبات الموقع لتغيير الرأي أو المقاس، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع المسموح بها قانونًا، ما لم يتضمن طلبه ميزة أفضل. نوضح أي رسوم قبل ترتيب الاستلام. لا توجد رسوم إضافية بسبب عيب أو عدم مطابقة أو خطأ من جانبنا، وتظل الحالات التي يلزم فيها القانون بتحملنا المصروفات مستثناة.
يُرد المبلغ المدفوع فعليًا مقابل القطع المرتجعة، مع مراعاة الخصومات المسجلة في الطلب وأي مصروفات مسموح بها قانونًا، خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 7 أيام تقويمية من إعادة القطعة. أما مطالبات العيوب وعدم المطابقة فتسري عليها المدة القانونية الموضحة أعلاه.
يكون الرد بنفس طريقة الدفع، إلا إذا اتفقنا معك على طريقة أخرى. عند الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام، يمكن الاتفاق على التحويل عبر InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash أو حساب بنكي.
الطلبات السابقة وحقوقك القانونية
للطلبات التي أُجريت قبل 16 أكتوبر 2026، تظل ميزة الاستبدال خلال 20 يومًا وأي شروط أفضل مقررة لطلبك سارية. كما تظل حقوق الاسترجاع القانونية، ومنها مدة الـ14 يومًا لتغيير الرأي مع الاستثناءات القانونية ومدة الـ30 يومًا للعيوب وعدم المطابقة، محفوظة؛ ولا يسقط الحق القانوني لمجرد شراء القطعة ضمن عرض أو تخفيض.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
For orders placed from 16 October 2026: request a return or exchange within 20 calendar days of receiving the item, including sale, offer and bundle items, subject to the conditions below. This is an additional BROEK benefit and does not limit your statutory rights.
Item condition & packaging
For a change of mind or size, items must be returned:
- In their original condition, unused, unwashed and unaltered.
- With original tags attached, original packaging and any supplied accessories.
- Free from stains, odours, signs of wear or washing, and damage caused by use or improper care.
A brief fitting is permitted provided the item is not worn for use and its condition remains unchanged. Opening the outer shipping bag or briefly trying on an item in this way is not, on its own, a reason for refusal. Please retain and return the item packaging.
Returned items are inspected. A change-of-mind request may be declined if use, washing or alteration has changed the item's condition; we will explain the reason. These conditions do not remove statutory rights for manufacturing defects, non-conformity or an incorrect item.
Defective, non-conforming or incorrect items
For a defective or non-conforming item, you may request a replacement or a return and refund within 30 days of receipt, at no additional cost. We will resolve the request within one week of notification, as required by law, without limiting any better warranty or right. BROEK covers shipping and return costs for defects or errors on our part. This right is not limited to 20 days and will not be refused simply because packaging has been opened.
How to request a return or exchange
Submit your request within the applicable period through the portal below, or contact us with your order number or proof of purchase. For a defect or incorrect item, describe the issue; photos can help us review it. Eligibility is based on when you submit the request, so a courier delay alone will not make it late.
We will coordinate collection with you, aiming for collection within 3 working days. Pack the item securely for transport. Contact us if the option you need is unavailable in the portal.
Shipping charges & refunds
For website orders returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or size, the customer pays shipping and return costs where legally permitted, unless the order includes better terms. Any charges are explained before collection. No additional charges apply to a defect, non-conformity or error on our part; other cases in which the law requires us to cover costs remain protected.
We refund the amount actually paid for returned items, taking account of the order's recorded discounts and any legally permitted costs, within no more than 7 calendar days of the item being returned. Defect and non-conformity claims follow the legal timeframe stated above.
Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you. For cash-on-delivery orders, a refund by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or bank transfer can be arranged by agreement.
Earlier orders & statutory rights
For orders placed before 16 October 2026, the 20-day exchange benefit and any better terms applicable to the order remain available. Statutory return rights remain protected, including the 14-day change-of-mind period subject to legal exceptions and the 30-day period for defects or non-conformity. Buying an item on sale or in an offer does not remove statutory rights.
